I'm Jackie McLean, and I help middle-aged adults with high blood pressure achieve peace of mind and control of their health without feeling stressed and overwhelmed, by guiding them through my proven 5-step approach so they can fully enjoy life's moments with their loved ones.

I’m a Transformational Health & Wellness Coach with nearly 30 years of nursing experience, dedicated to helping individuals take control of their blood pressure and overall well-being.

My passion for this work is deeply personal—high blood pressure and diabetes have ravaged my family, claiming limbs and, tragically, my brother's life at just 55 years old due to heart attack from uncontrolled blood pressure. I’ve faced my own battle with stage 1 high blood pressure and successfully managed it using the tools and strategies I now teach my clients. If I can do it, so can you. I am here to support and guide you along your transformational journey to better health.

1:1 Coaching Package

If after your complimentary session you would like to continue our coaching relationship, you can choose from several options. This 12-week coaching package consist of weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, and support between sessions via text or email. You will experience personalized guidance and support tailored to your unique health journey. In our 1:1 coaching sessions, you will gain clarity, and uncover your hidden strengths, while addressing barriers that are preventing you from getting from where you are to where you want to be. Together, we'll explore transformative strategies and insights to revitalize both your physical and emotional self.

Group Coaching Package

If after your complimentary session you would like to continue our coaching relationship, you can choose from several options. This 8-week group coaching package consist of weekly group coaching sessions, one 1:1 coaching session, and support between group sessions via text or email. This group coaching package is designed for individuals seeking knowledge, support and guidance to mange high blood pressure and enhance their overall well-being. You will experience the power of community and collective wisdom in our group coaching sessions.

Each meeting offers clarity on how to overcome everyday health challenges and embrace a life of vitality and connection. You will be guided through a journey of shared experiences that not only address high blood pressure but also provides clear actionable insights and tools that cater to your unique needs.

With nearly 30 years of nursing experience, and also a Board Certified Nurse Coach, I’ll guide you every step of the way, providing you with the knowledge and tools you need to make informed, effective choices. What if I don’t have the support I need to stick with the program?

Support is a key part of my coaching program. Not only will you have my guidance throughout your journey, but you’ll also have access to ongoing support between sessions via text or email. If you’re in a group coaching program, you’ll benefit from the encouragement and collective wisdom of a community of like-minded individuals who are on the same journey as you.

I’m afraid of failing again. How can I overcome my fear and stay motivated?

Fear of failure is completely normal, but it doesn’t have to hold you back. Together, we’ll work on shifting your mindset from self-doubt to self-confidence.
